- How long does a custom order take?
- Most apparel and drinkware ships within 2–3 business days of you approving the mock-up. Orders placed before 5:00 pm start the same day. All-over print hoodies and large group orders need a little longer — we always confirm a date in your quote.
- What does shipping cost?
- Shipping is calculated at checkout and it is free on orders over $50. Local Chicago pickup can be arranged — just ask in your request.
- Do I need to send a design file?
- No. Send a photo, or just tell us the wording and the vibe. Design work is included in the price, and you approve a mock-up before we press anything.
- What file types work best?
- PNG with a transparent background is ideal, then high-resolution JPG or PDF. Blurry files print blurry, so send the largest version you have.
- Can I bring my own shirt or cup?
- Yes. BYO pressing is $10 for a cup or a single-sided tee, and $15 for a double-sided tee. We are careful, but we cannot guarantee garments we did not supply.
- Do you offer group or bulk pricing?
- Group orders are available of six or more shirts at $15 each. Reunions, teams, churches, staff and event merch all get a written quote first.
- Can I return a custom item?
- Personalized items are made for you, so they cannot be resold and are not returnable. If we made a mistake — wrong size, wrong art, a defect — message us within 3 days of delivery and we will remake or refund it.
- How do I pay?
- You approve your quote first, then pay by secure card link. Nothing is charged before you say go.
